Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) will be providing training for manufacturing value added products from Gooseberry on 15.02.2017 and 16.02.2017.
Experts from the FMCG department will be conducting live sessions to the participants.
Products like:
* Fruit drinks/pulps made from gooseberry / Soft drinks manufacturing.
*Gooseberry Jam, Halwa and Butter.
*Gooseberry Candy, Powder and much more.
Basic procedure to start a business and obtaining a licence will also be dealt in the class. Those interested in attending the training can register by paying Rs.1500, in person.
