Deputy Commissioner P.Gandhimathi today conducted inspection at the Duraisamy layout in Peelamedu in the city. She inspected the application of Abate mosquito repellent in the water storage tanks. She inspected the removal of unwanted objects which act as the breeding grounds for mosquitoes.
She also inspected the door to door segregation of waste as bio degradable and non biodegradable. District welfare officer Dr. Santhoshkumar, North zone assistant commissioner Mr. Saravanakumar, Assistant town planning officer Mrs. Jayalakshmi and corporation officials were present during the inspection.
