E-Seva Centre in Coimbatore District - Applications welcome

Interested candidates can apply through the www.tnesevai.tn.gov.in or www.tnega.tn.gov.in website till April 14. The fee will be Rs 3,000 for rural areas and Rs 6,000 for urban areas.



Coimbatore: Applications are invited for setting up an e-service centre in Coimbatore district.

Applications are invited from interested persons to run e-seva centres in Coimbatore district, the district administration said.

To apply for the scheme, individuals must have infrastructural facilities such as computer, printer, scanner, bio-metric devices, internet connectivity, etc. They should also be able to work on a computer with minimal basic amenities such as drinking water, chair for visitors, ramp, etc.

The scheme has been introduced to provide e-Seva Kendra services in close proximity to the people.
