Coimbatore: To facilitate engineering works, between Omalur – Mettur Dam, some train services will be operated on a diverted route, informed a release from Salem railway division.
1. Train No.11014 Coimbatore Jn. – Lokmanya Tilak Terminus Express, scheduled to leave Coimbatore Jn. at 08.50 hrs. on 02.01.2022 and 02.03.2022 and run via Salem, Dharmapuri, Hosur, will be diverted to run via Salem, Magnesite Jn., Kuppam, Bangarapet and Krishnarajapuram. Consequently, the train will skip the stoppage at Dharmapuri and Hosur.
2. Train No.12678 Ernakulam Jn. – KSR Bengaluru Intercity Express, scheduled to leave Ernakulam Jn. at 09.10 hrs. on 02.03.2022 and run via Salem, Dharmapuri, Hosur, will be diverted to run via Salem, Magnesite Jn., Kuppam, Bangarapet and Krishnarajapuram. Consequently, the train will skip the stoppage at Dharmapuri, Hosur and Carmelaram.
3. Train No.12677 KSR Bengaluru – Ernakulam Jn. Intercity Express, scheduled to leave KSR Bengaluru at 06.10 hrs. on 02.03.2022 and run via Hosur, Dharmapuri, Salem, will be diverted to run via Krishnarajapuram, Bangarapet, Kuppam, Magnesite Jn. and Salem. Consequently, the train will skip the stoppage at Carmelaram, Hosur and Dharmapuri.
