10th Mega Vaccination Camp against Covid-19 to be held on Nov. 21

Under the directive of the TN Govt., the camp will be held at 260 centers in Coimbatore Corporation area.


Coimbatore: The 10th Mega Vaccine Camp against Covid-19 is scheduled to be held on Sunday, November 21 from 7 am at 260 centers in Coimbatore Corporation area, as per the order of the Government of Tamil Nadu.

Over 94 percent of the population under Coimbatore Corporation areas have been vaccinated for the first dose. Over 2,00,000 people are eligible for the second dose of vaccination. Those who have completed 84 days after the first dose of Covishield vaccine and those who have completed 28 days after the first dose of the Covaxin are eligible for their second doses.

Also, doctors advise that there are no restrictions on the intake of non-vegetarian food after taking the jab. Raja Gopal Sunkara, the Corporation Commissioner and Special Officer has directed all those who have not been vaccinated with the first dose and those who are eligible for the second dose to attend the Mega Vaccination Camp to be held on Sunday.
