Kavundampalayam and Vadavalli will not get drinking water supply for the next two days; Civic body

Coimbatore Corporation Commissioner Raja Gopal Sunkara said it is not possible to supply drinking water to Kavundampalayam and Vadavalli areas for the next two on 24.10.2021 (Sunday) and on 25.10.2021 (Monday).


Coimbatore: Coimbatore Corporation Commissioner Raja Gopal Sunkara informed that due to a leak in the main pipe on the Mettupalayam road in the western zone, it will not be possible to supply drinking water to the Kavundampalayam and Vadavalli areas for the next two days; on Sunday and Monday, 24.10.2021 and 25.10.2021.

In the Coimbatore Corporation areas of Kavundampalayam, Vadavalli and Veerakeralam Joint Housing Scheme, West Zone, Mettupalayam, on the main pipe on the road, there is a leak. Thus, the Coimbatore Corporation Commissioner Raja Gopal Sunkara said it is not possible to supply drinking water to Kavundampalayam and Vadavalli areas for two days24.10.2021 Sunday, 25.10.2021 (Monday). It may be noted that the areas did not receive drinking water supply on Saturday.
