Special camp to be organized in Coimbatore for obtaining plot approval

Plot divisions. Plots approvals shall be obtained from all five regional offices in the city, where the camp will be organized from 10 am to 5 pm.


Coimbatore: A camp will be conducted at all five zonal offices in Coimbatore on October 11th, for obtaining approvals for plots.

According to G.O.Ms.No.76, Housing and Urban Development Department (UD4(3)) dated 04.05.2017 and G.O.Ms.No.172, Housing and Urban Development (UD4(3)) as on 13.10.2017, a camp will be conducted from 10.00 pm to 5.00 pm on 11.10.2021. The camp will take place at all the five Regional Offices of Coimbatore Corporation. In the camp, the unauthorized plot divisions and plots in the areas under Coimbatore Corporation limits registered after 01.01.1960 and before 20.10.2016 shall be regularized.

Those plots which possess SPF provided by Local Planning Authority, one person shall apply through the website of town planning department for regularization of individual plots. Plot owners are invited to make use of this opportunity to regularise their unauthorized plots during the camp on 11.10.2021. Relevant documents, regularization fee and development charges are required for the process. Any future registration of plots shall be carried out only if this regularization is done.

Services including building permits, road facilities, underground sewage facilities, drinking water facilities and sanitation facilities can be obtained from the Corporation after regularization.
