Forest Dept. to conduct 'Wildlife Week' competitions on Sep 22 at TNFA campus in R S Puram

Coimbatore: The Forest Department is organizing competitions ahead of 'Wildlife Week' which is celebrated annually in the first week of October. This year, Wildlife Week is being celebrated from October 1-8.

Coimbatore: The Forest Department is organizing competitions ahead of 'Wildlife Week' which is celebrated annually in the first week of October. This year, Wildlife Week is being celebrated from October 1-8. 

Various competitions like quiz, drawing and elocution for different age categories ranging from LKG students to college students will be held on September 22, from 8 am onward at the TNFA campus in R S Puram. 

The topic for the drawing competition is 'Life with Water,' while the quiz competition will be about environment, forest and wildlife. The elocution competition will be on the topic 'Tiff between wild animals and measures to control them.'
