Arrangements in place for TNPSC Group 4 examinations

Coimbatore: TNPSC Group 4 examinations are to be conducted on September 1st in as many as 205 centres across the district and the arrangements have been made for the forthcoming exams.


Coimbatore: TNPSC Group 4 examinations are to be conducted on September 1st in as many as 205 centres across the district and the arrangements have been made for the forthcoming exams.

As many as 61,770 candidates are expected to appear for the exams which are conducted for the recruitment of VAO, junior assistant, bill collector grade 1, field surveyor, typist, draftsman and steno typist Grade 3.

About 22 flying squads are being appointed under the supervision of Assistant Collector.

One Centre Head and 67 invigilators are also appointed. Each centre will have three men and two women police officers for security.

In association with TANGEDCO uninterrupted power supply would be extended to the centres.

To facilitate easy commute bus facilities are being arranged from major points like Ukkadam, Kavundampalayam, Singanallur and Pollachi.

The candidates are asked to reach their centre by 9:45 with their Hall tickets.

Candidates will be barred from taking cell phones and digital watches into the exam hall. Strict warning is issued to refrain from any malpractice. If caught indulging in malpractices the candidate will be barred from appearing in government exams and will also face criminal charges
