Entrepreneur’s Organization (EOs) Global Student Entrepreneur Awards (GSEA) hosted in the city on Saturday evening and two student entrepreneurs win cash prize and stand a chance of participating in the national finals.
Coimbatore: In a press release, Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO), Coimbatore chapter informed that the organization hosted the Global Student Entrepreneur Awards (GSEA) in the city on Saturday evening.
Two student entrepreneurs, Surya Varshan Founder of Naked Nature was declared winner and won cash prize of ₹ 1,00,000 and Smrithi Founder of Runner won 50,000 as cash prize money. Both the student entrepreneurs are offered mentorship opportunity.
As a next phase, South Asia’s over 20 chapters will host its national finals at Vizag on 22nd Feb. At the national level, a total of eight students will be selected to participate in the grand finale of the awards. The global finals are scheduled to be hosted at Washington DC.

Rishab Gupta President of EO Coimbatore, Gautham Ram Chair GSEA Premnath Kasinath, Jayaram Govindarajan Co-Chair’s GSEA, jury members, mentors, board members and finalists participated in the event.
