Two people on a two-wheeler were injured near Thamaraikulam region in Kinathukadavu as a tipper truck collided with their vehicle while taking a right turn.
Coimbatore: Two persons were injured in a road accident in Thamaraikulam region near Kinathukadavu.
Malikaraj (23), son of Nagaraj of Ramanathapuram, Coimbatore, was on his way to Pollachi with his friend Kailash, (23), from Puliyakulam on a bike.
Reportedly, a tipper truck in front suddenly took a right turn, while approaching Thamaraikulam area near Kinathukadavu, colliding with Malikaraj’s two-wheeler. Injured Malikraj and Kailash were rescued and sent by ambulance to the Coimbatore government hospital for treatment.
Kinathukadavu police have registered a case and are investigating the accident.
