Coimbatore: The death of a 7-month old girl due to pneumonia has come as a shock to the family. She was being treated at the Coimbatore Government Hospital.

Arun Prakash who hails from Annur rushed his 7-month old daughter, Bharanikashree to the Government Hospital, two days ago since the baby suffered from fever. The doctors diagnosed the child as having pneumonia and intensive treatment was administered. Tragically, the child succumbed to the infection.
