Coimbatore: Coimbatore Aavin Deputy Commercial Manager Thangavelu was last charged in 2013 for accepting a bribe of Rs 3,000 to give a favourable report to a petition in the Aavin against Udayakumar, filed by an Aavin booth agent in the Ramanathapuram area of Coimbatore.
