An age-old Hanuman statue was found while cleaning the bushes at The Sadivayal Chappanimadai private estate next to Alanthurai in Coimbatore while maintenance work was in progress. The Revenue Divisional Officer was immediately informed and the officials who arrived at the spot are examining the sculptor.
