MP PR Natarajan stated that relief funds should be provided to the farming families who lost their family members in protests against the agri laws. He assured that public sector assets will be recovered soon.

Coimbatore: In the Gandhipuram area of Coimbatore, the Marxist Communist Party celebrated by offering sweets following the withdrawal of agricultural laws by the Central Government.

After the celebration, MP PR Natarajan said, "After the heroic deaths of 600 farmers, after a year of many struggles, many protests, after the massacre of the farmers and the agricultural community of India, who have been waiting for the good news, the day has come to make peace and celebrate. However a section of the protestors are already resting in peace. We bow our heads and congratulate the heros and their sacrifice.

We salute the Modi government, who is ruling with the arrogance that no one can shake, and to all the democratic forces that have fought to get the agrarian laws repealed. We congratulate all the State Governments who have paved the way for the withdrawal of the Act in the Legislature and the withdrawal of the Agricultural Laws. We offer our condolences to the farmers who fought for the repeal of the agricultural laws and we congratulate all those who survived the bitter long battle."

He also said that relief funds should be provided to the farming families who lost their family members in the protests. He assured that public sector assets will be recovered soon.
