Police have arrested Lingaraj, 25, for selling a packet of tobacco and a lottery ticket.
Coimbatore: Coimbatore District Kinathukadavu Police Assistant Inspector Arul Prakash was on patrol in the Chikkalampalayam area yesterday.
It was then reported that there was a bag of banned tobacco in a grocery store in the area
Following this, the police went there and checked and found that he was selling government-banned tobacco packets and lottery tickets.
