Children who follow Islam participate in a rally that was held in Tirupur to commemorate Miladi Nabi festival.
Tirupur: On Miladi Nabi festival, on Tuesday, a rally was organised by the Gahid Millat Nagar Mosque on the Tirupur-Kangayam Road.
The rally was flagged off by the mosque administrators.
The boys and girls who participated in the rally marched through the main streets wearing new clothes.
The participating children chanted religious slogans and also slogans with message of world peace.
The event was attended by a large number of members of Islamic community. A group prayer was offered and food was distributed to the children.
