Coimbatore: Lottery Martin company cashier's family demand postmortem report and relief for his death. Palanisamy from Urumandampalayam area worked as a cashier for a company owned by "Lottery King" Martin.

He was interrogated by the Income Tax Department for two days in June last year. He later returned home following which he was found dead near a pond in Karamadai.

His family demanded cae be registered as they were suspicious of the death. They accused the IT officials of abusing him verbally and physically. Following this, the district court ordered that Palanisamy's autopsy be done by a government doctor and a doctor on behalf of Palanisamy's family. While the latter has given an autopsy report, it has been accused that the government doctors are delaying it.
