Southern Railway has withdrawn the previously announced changes to the Palakkad Town–Tiruchirappalli Express and Coimbatore–Nagercoil Express on September 12 after cancellation of track maintenance works.
Southern Railway has withdrawn the changes previously announced for two train services on September 12 following the cancellation of track maintenance works planned between Murthipalayam and Karur railway stations.
Train No. 16844, the Palakkad Town–Tiruchchirappalli Express, which was earlier scheduled to be short-terminated at Pugalur Railway Station on September 12, will now run as per its regular schedule up to Tiruchchirappalli Junction.
Similarly, Train No. 16322, the Coimbatore–Nagercoil Express, will not be diverted between Coimbatore and Dindigul as previously announced. The train will operate via its regular route through Tiruppur, Erode and Karur on September 12.
