After many repatriation flights bringing back stranded Indians from many international cities including Dubai landed at Coimbatore, the city's Internatioal Airport witnessed a rare landing of a chartered aircraft with 139 passengers from the less known destination of Brunei on July 3.
The Royal Brunei Airlines also operated another flight on July 31 that ferried 131 passengers to Coimbatore.
Meanwhile, The High Commission of India, Brunei has shared info in it's Twitter account that said the Royal Brunei airlines is operating a repatriation flight to Coimbatore for the third time on September 18(Tomorrow) with 139 passengers.
It is to be noted that Coimbatore keeps witnessing the landing of aircrafts from rare visitors such as Kenya Airways, SalamAir and Royal Brunei that repatriates Indians during the ongoing pandemic.
