Coimbatore: A member of the pro-Hindu outfit Hindu Munnani was hacked to death in Coimbatore yesterday.
Coimbatore: A supporter of the pro-Hindu outfit Hindu Munnani was hacked to death in Coimbatore today morning.
Biju (42), a Hindu Munnani cadre from Ram Nagar area of Coimbatore, was allegedly hacked to death by a group of 7 people at around 11 am today. An injured Biju was taken to Coimbatore Government Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
There was a stir in the Coimbatore government hospital for a while as many of his friends and members of the Hindu Munnani gathered there.
Kattoor police are investigating the murder with the help of CCTV footage from the area.
