Fifteen air warriors of Air Force Station Sulur undertook a cycle expedition to Malampuzha Dam, covering a distance of 140 km. The team was led by the Wing Commander Rajanarayanan.
The motto of the programme was ‘Save your environment’ and the expedition was flagged off on May 21. During the expedition, the team stopped at eight places and conducted awareness programmes on importance of environment, Indian Air Force and its role in safe guarding the skies, and physical fitness, said a press release.
