No violation of poll code reported in 48 hours

With strict vigil by the officials of the Election Commission, there were no violations of code of conduct during that last two days in Coimbatore district.

Sources say that the authorities have been strictly monitoring the 10 constituencies that come under the Coimbatore district, 24 hours a day.

Ever since the election code of conduct was imposed, 250 cases have been reported. But, there were no complaints and reports of code violations for the last two days. Also, there were no instances of seizing of unaccounted for money in the past 48 hours.
