Coimbatore: A public grievance redressal meeting is scheduled to be held tomorrow (18.08.2026) Tuesday at the Coimbatore Corporation head office. Citizens can directly present their grievances and seek solutions at this meeting, which will be chaired by Mayor Ka Ranganayaki Ramachandran.
Corporation Commissioner Katta Ravi Teja IAS has announced that residents from areas under the Corporation's jurisdiction can submit various complaints at this meeting, which will be held from 11 AM to 1 PM.
Citizens can submit petitions to the Mayor regarding basic amenities including birth and death certificates, road facilities, street lights, drinking water supply, underground drainage, professional tax, property tax, vacant land tax, new water connections, name corrections, healthcare, sanitation, and education-related issues.
This grievance redressal meeting, held every Tuesday weekly, provides an opportunity for citizens to participate and benefit from direct interaction with civic authorities. The Commissioner has requested public participation in the meeting. He assured that concerned Corporation officials will take appropriate action on the petitions received.
