Coimbatore: The postal department has announced a change in the date of the public grievance meeting scheduled to be held in Pollachi. The meeting, which was originally set for September 17, has been rescheduled to September 19 due to a public holiday.

These grievance meetings are conducted periodically to improve postal services and gather feedback from the public. The rescheduled meeting will take place at the office of the Postal Divisional Superintendent in Pollachi at 11:00 AM on September 19.

Shanthini Begum, the Postal Divisional Superintendent of Pollachi, made this announcement on September 13. She emphasized that the change in date was necessary due to the intervening public holiday.

The postal department encourages local residents to attend this meeting and share their concerns, suggestions, or feedback regarding postal services in the Pollachi division. This initiative is part of the department's ongoing efforts to enhance service quality and address public needs effectively.
