Devotional Music Concert Held in Udumalpet for Vinayagar Chaturthi

A devotional music concert was organized in Udumalpet, Tirupur district, to celebrate Vinayagar Chaturthi. The event, held at Karpaga Vinayagar Temple, included religious rituals and performances.


Tirupur: The Karpaga Vinayagar Temple in Aishwarya Nagar, Udumalpet, Tirupur district, celebrated Vinayagar Chaturthi with great fervor. The festivities, organized by the Karpaga Vinayagar Trust, were led by Trust President Arima Loganathan.

The celebration included various religious rituals such as Ganapati Homam, Abhishekam, Aaradhana, and special pujas. A devotional music concert featuring Thirumarai, Thiruppugazh, and Namavali was held as part of the event. U.K.P. Muthukumarasamy, President of the Udumalpet People's Council, presided over the music program. Dr. Sampathkumar and Ward Councilor Dhanalakshmi were also present at the function.



The Karpaga Vinayagar Trust made all the necessary arrangements for the festival. A large number of devotees participated in the celebrations, and Annadanam (free food distribution) was organized for the attendees. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Balakrishnan.

The Vinayagar Chaturthi celebration at the Karpaga Vinayagar Temple brought together the local community, offering them an opportunity to engage in spiritual activities and enjoy devotional music. Such events not only strengthen religious faith but also foster community bonding in Udumalpet.
