TNAU Offers Two-Day Training on Masala Products, Spices, and Pickling

Tamil Nadu Agricultural University to conduct a two-day training program on preparing masala products, spices, and pickling on September 10-11, 2024. The course covers various processing technologies for Rs. 1770, including GST.


Coimbatore: The Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) is set to conduct a two-day training program on "Preparation of Masala products, Spice products and Pickling" on September 10 and 11, 2024. The training will be held from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day at the Centre for Post Harvest Technology, Agricultural Engineering College & Research Institute, TNAU.

The comprehensive training will cover various processing technologies, including the preparation of masala powders, ready-to-use pastes, and an array of pickles such as mushroom, banana flower, bitter gourd, brinjal, and onion. This hands-on course aims to equip participants with practical skills in food processing and preservation techniques.

Interested individuals can participate in the training by paying a fee of Rs. 1770, which includes 18% GST. The payment should be made in person on the first day of the training. The venue is accessible via the TNAU Gate No. 07, located opposite the Botanical Garden on Marudhamalai Road.
