Why are 'INDIA' alliance parties silent on attacks against Hindus in Bangladesh? - MLA Vanathi Srinivasan questions

Coimbatore South MLA Vanathi Srinivasan criticized INDIA alliance parties for their silence on attacks against Hindus in Bangladesh. She questioned why parties that opposed the Israel-Palestine war are not showing support for Bangladeshi Hindus.

Coimbatore: Coimbatore South MLA Vanathi Srinivasan has strongly criticized the 'INDIA' alliance parties for their silence on the attacks against Hindus in Bangladesh. She expressed her views in a detailed post on her Facebook page.

Vanathi Srinivasan mentioned that due to the political crisis in Bangladesh, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has resigned and left the country, and she has been allowed to stay temporarily in India. In this situation, the MLA expressed concern that Hindus living in Bangladesh are being attacked, and Hindu temples and properties are being looted.

The BJP leader accused the DMK, Congress, and Communist parties, which voiced support for Palestinian people during the Israel-Palestine war, of remaining silent and not taking any action in support of Bangladeshi Hindus. "The lives and properties of Hindus seem to be of no concern to them," she stated.

"People should understand the double standards of the 'INDIA' alliance parties, including Congress, DMK, and Communists. Applying butter to one eye and lime to the other is the tradition of the 'INDIA' alliance parties. It's all about vote bank politics," Vanathi Srinivasan wrote in her post.

This issue has sparked a debate among the public. There are also calls for the Indian government to intervene and take action regarding the attacks on Hindus in Bangladesh.
