Following the meeting, the officials visited key sites to assess the progress of restoration efforts. They inspected the Vaiyampalayam Kousika River check dam, which has been renovated after several years through various initiatives. The team also examined the Agrahara Samakulam Lake, another water body that has undergone restoration.
