Coimbatore: The Echanari area of Coimbatore is home to the famous Echanari Vinayagar Temple. This morning, marking the occasion of the English New Year, the temple conducted various special abhishekams (ritualistic anointings) and poojas for Lord Vinayagar.



Following these rituals, Lord Vinayagar was adorned in a special golden armor, blessing the devotees. This special decoration attracted a large number of devotees who gathered to receive blessings and participate in the festivities.
