Police arrested the proprietor and an employee of a salon at R.S. Puram, on charges of causing grievous injury to one of the customers and for negligence of services.
Coimbatore: Police arrested Sanjay Das,proprietor of a hair salon at R.S. Puram, and an employee Vidyadharan on charges of causing grievous injury to one of the customers and for negligence of services.
According to Police, a 17-year-old youth was given a facial at the shop and he sustained serious burns while using the steam on his face. Even though Sanjay das had accepted to bear the expenses of the treatment, later he declined to foot the medical bill.
Following a formal complaint preferred by Vijayakumar, the father of the youth, at the RS Puram police station, upon which the twosome was arrested and later released on bail.
