Homeless man lying in front of locked shop in RS Puram stoned to death

Police are examining CCTC footage of the area and investigating on the identity of the deceased and the reason for his murder.



Coimbatore: A homeless man who was lying in front of a locked shop in the RS Puram area of Coimbatore was hit on his head with a stone that reportedly led to his death. The police are investigating the matter.



The public found the deceased in front of the shop and informed the police. The RS Puram Police reached the spot and sent the corpse for autopsy to the Coimbatore Government Hospital.



Also, a case has been registered and an investigation is being conducted in connection with the murder.
