Camp conducted for children with special needs at Tirupur


Coimbatore-based charity foundations Thirumalar Varmam and Arthi foundation had jointly organised a thoughtful camp for Children with special needs at Lakshmi Kalyanamandapam, Tirupur, on 19th June.

The camp was inaugurated by Shri. Manjunatha, City Commissioner, Tirupur. The camp was well received by the parents of children with special needs, close to 750 children were enrolled. A specialised crew of doctors attended to the children with care and affection. The doctors advised the parents on further treatment plans,counselling and physiotherapy. 

The organising committee announced that a similar camp will be held at Namakkal on October 23rd, 2016. Parents were asked to register priorly as there are only minimum seats available and 150 people have already registered for the camp.
