Schools getting ready for International Yoga Day on June 21st

International yoga day on June 21st gears up schools and colleges to conduct special sessions on Yoga for students and teachers. 

Many schools in the city have implemented yoga as a part of their curriculum, especially with professional yoga trainers. Special yoga sessions are also being organised for 10th and 12th std students aiding them to combat stress related issues. 

Regular yoga sessions at school levels have created awareness and inclination amongst the students to learn and practice yoga on a daily basis. District and state level competitions on yoga are also being organised and people of various age groups have shown interest in participating in the event.
