The Coimbatore City Police have been continuously conducting many social awareness programmes around the City. One such interesting programme was conducted for the students of CSI High School, Variety Hall Road.
A pack of 55 students took a small tour to the City Commissioner Office today morning. The purpose of this visit was to create awareness among the students on real-time functioning of the Police Department.
An interactive session was organized for the students, demonstrating the real-time functionality of various departments like Control room, Bomb Squad, role of Police Dogs, Traffic Police and Police stations.
The students actively participated in the session with enthusiasm and found it very informative.
