Burglary in Government Staff's home

Police have recovered two crucial fingerprints from the home of the government officer where a burglary had been committed the day before.

Around 70 sovereigns of gold, Rs. 38,000 in cash and a fossil watch has been burgled, says Dhandapani Velusamy, a Tamilnadu State Transport Corporation assistant engineer.

The incident happened when he and his family had left to Sathyamangalam for a family function.
