Parents battle against Stanes Anglo Indian School,
Coimbatore for collecting lump sum fees has made the Tamilnadu state
commission for protection of child rights to visit the school.
Based on the parents complain the school was directed by the inspector of Anglo-Indian schools to form a PTA which is mandatory and was also advised to fix the amenities fee in the presence of the inspector of matriculation schools and chief educational officer.
But the school in the verge of collecting huge amounts as fees did not follow any orders and even went on to the extent of withheld the kids report card and denying them entry to schools. So to take a final call on this issue Tamilnadu State Commission for the protection of child rights have visited the school on June 3rd.
