First phase of counselling begin at Government Arts College, Coimbatore

First phase of couselling in Government Arts College, Coimbatore has commenced today. This first phase of Counselling is for exclusively for differently abled persons, Athletes, NCC and Ex- Servicemen quota students. Students flung in for counselling and discussion from various districts of Tamil Nadu. The students selected subjects like Tamil, English, History, etc according to their preferences. Special provisions and arrangements were made throuhghout the state for this counselling.

Total number of seats alloted for this first phase of counselling were 89 out of this the seats bifurcated were Differently Abled - 41, Athelets - 41 and NCC -1.

The counselling based on Common Entrance Test will commence from 3rd June 2016. The total number of seats is 1358. The applications will be provided till 14th of June and the college will reopen on June 16th 2016.

The interested students can collect the details regarding second phase of couselling from the college website or college campus after 20th of June 2016.
