Volunteers of Food Bank Coimbatore who serve home-cooked food to the homeless people in the city will take out a rally on Saturday to mark the World Hunger Day, near VOC Park here at 5 p.m. The objective is to make people understand their social responsibility towards feeding the needy.
The event is supported by Ver Trust and Kovai Vergal Trust. The volunteers will also take a pledge to feed the needy.
