A Two-day training on “Commercial Production of Vegetables and Fruit Products” will be held at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU), Coimbatore, on January 30 and 31.
The training will cover the following topics:
- Dehydrated vegetables and fruits
- Pickles
- Mixed fruit jam
- Tomato ketchup
- Squash
- Candy
- Ready to serve beverages
- Fruit bar
Interested persons are requested to pay a training fee of Rs.1500/- (Rupees one thousand and five hundred only), on the 1st day of the training programme.
