Rajinikanth enters politics after long speculation.
After much expectation and speculation, Rajinikanth confirmed his entry into politics. Or as his power memes and his fans might say, Politics made an entry into Rajinikanth!
He said, his party will contest in all 234 constituencies and will not form an alliance with any other political party.
At the same time, he made it clear that he would not like his party to contest in the local body elections. But he would take a decision regarding contesting the Lok Sabha elections in 2019 just before the polls.
He also added that his politics will be one which goes beyond caste and religion and will be a "spiritual politics".
Obviously it was received with much jubilation by his fans.
