The Coimbatore Central Prison invites applications from eligible candidates to fill vacant posts through interview in January.
According to a release from the Superintendent of Prisons, the posts available are: Wireman (2 posts); Weaver (1 post); Weaving specialist (1 post); and Tailoring instructor (2 posts).
Persons from the minority community and other communities can apply for the post of wireman, Persons from the Adi Dravidar caste can apply for the post of tailoring, Persons from other communities can apply for the post of weavers and people from all communities can apply for the post of Weaving specialist.
The interview for the post of Weaving specialist will be on January 8, weavers will be on January 9, tailoring instructor will be on January 11 and wireman will be on January 12 at 11 a.m.
Candidates should bring their degree certificate, community certificate, technical certificate to the Prison Superintendent's office, Race Course on the respective dates.
