TNAU's training programme on 'Value added products from amla' on December 27

Coimbatore, Dec. 21

Tamil Nadu Agriculture University will organise a one-day training programme on 'Value added Products from amla’ at the Food Processing Incubation cum Training Centre (FPITC), Kinathukadavu, on December 27. The training will be given on processing technologies involving amla beverages (squash, ready-to-serve and plain juice), amla concentrates (jam, cheese and butter), dehydrated amla products (candy, supari and powder, honey amla). The training will also explain the procedures to obtain licence for establishing a fruit processing industry.
