Maoist member Shiny was produced before the District Sessions Court in Tirupur today in a case that has been dragging on for two years now.
In August 2015, the police arrested a Maoist group near Karumathampatti in Coimbatore including five members. In the group, Rupesh and his wife Shiny were the prime accused.
Shiny was produced before Magistrate Alamelu Natarajan today. The next hearing of the case will be on January 5.
