The Selvapuram Police have registered a case against former West Zone chairman (DMK) Selvaraj and a few of his party colleagues on charges of trespassing into an AIADMK councillor’s house at Selvapuram and abusing her. The AIADMK councillor Gomathi Kattudurai had alleged that while the expenditure monitoring wing officials were searching her house on Tuesday night, the DMK men too entered her house.
When she questioned their entry, they abused her. The search did not result in any seizure and it was a motivated complaint, she added.
