Coimbatore, Nov 23:
Justice A. Arumugasamy, who is heading the inquiry commission to investigate former CM Jayalalithaa’s death, today served summons on two government hospital doctors. However, the exact details of the summons are yet to be known.
Mr. Arumugasamy has also said that the investigation will be carried out with utmost transparency and complaints are invited in this regard. He also went on record that there would be no 'favouritism'.
It is to be recalled that the Tamil Nadu Government had to set up this inquiry commission after Minister for Forests, Dindigul C Sreenivasan, revealed that the entire cabinet of AIADMK ministers had lied to the people about the entire saga of hospitalization and death of Jayalalithaa and that they had no idea on what happened. He also revealed that only Jayalalithaa's confidant Sasikala and her family had access to ailing Jayalalithaa.
