Training to prepare brinjal, mushroom pickles at TNAU

Coimbatore, Nov. 15

 Bored of preparing the usual lemon and mango pickles? Then don't miss the one-day training on “Preparation of  Spice Powder and Pickles Instant mixes’’ organized at Food Processing Incubation cum Training Centre (FPITC), Regulated Market, Coimbatore Marketing Committee, Kodathavadi Pirivu, Kinathukadavu, on November 21. 

A release from TNAU states that hands-on training will be given on the following processing technologies - mango-garlic pickle, curry leaf powder, mixed vegetable pickle, brinjal pickle, chat masala powder, chicken 65 masala powder, banana flower pickle, bitter gourd pickle, mushroom pickle, poriyal mixture and channa masala powder.

Interested persons are requested to pay Rs. 750 in person on the day of training.
