KMCH celebrates cancer centre's 6th anniversary

The Kovai Medical Centre and Hospital (KMCH) celebrated the 6th year anniversay of its  their 'Comprehensive Cancer Centre' here today. Around 300 patients who have been rehabilitated through the centre took part in the programme.

Marabin Maindan Muthaiah,  orator and poet , was the chief guest . Through his his thought-provoking speech, he motivated the cancer victims to stay positive. 

Addressing the gathering, Dr. Nalla G Palanisamy, Chairman of KMCH, said "Over the years we have treated upto 20,000 patients with cancer. With state-of-the-art technology facilities, cancer if identified at an early stage can be completely cured. Hence, our efforts to spread the word of awareness on early detection of cancer would continue."
