Corporation app to redress public grievance

As a part of the Smart City Project, an App called "CCMC Central' has been launched to redress public grievances.

There always prevails a confusion among people as to where to lodge grievances, or who is the official to look out for? To address these issues, Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation  has designed this app where people can lodge their complaints along with required photos indicating their ward and zone details.

Once a complaintant lodges a grievance, a reference number would be generated instantly with which he can track the status of the registered complaint. The status would also apprise him of the official who is designated to look into  the issue.

Be it water supply, potholes, an ill- maintained published toilet, hereon the public can register it online via CCMC'S new app "CCMC Central".

Have a grievance at your location in Coimbatore? Install CCMC Central to Register and Track your Grievance. https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/apple-store/id1248296530?mt=8
