Coimbatore, Nov. 2: Tamil Nadu Agricultural University has been constantly organizing workshops on value-added products that could be made out of millets, fruits, honey, etc. Such workshops largely help home makers to set up small scale cottage industries and make a living out of it.
On November 7, a one-day training on “Preparation of Instant Mixes’’. Hands on training will be imparted on the following processing technologies.
Health mix, soup powder, pakoda mix, vatha kuzhambu paste, adai mix, puliyotharai paste, soup mixes, and dehydrated products.
